Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
Does my NCM e-bike come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars, and perform a safety check. We provide detailed video tutorials and tools to assist you.
What is the range of a standard NCM battery charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most NCM bikes offer between 40 to 100 kilometers (25 to 60 miles) on a single charge when using pedal assist.
What is your return policy for electric bicycles?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and the bike must be in 'as-new' condition.
Do NCM electric bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all NCM bikes come with a 1-year warranty on the electrical components (battery, motor, controller, and display) and a 2-year warranty on the frame.
