At NCM Electric Bicycles, we stand by the quality of our e-bikes and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Bicycle

  Ensure the e-bike is clean and securely packed in its original factory packaging, including the battery, charger, keys, and all technical manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned bike, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
